A dream journal keeps details before they fade
You do not need a complete story or polished prose. Two honest lines about what you recall today may be more useful than a ready-made meaning next week.
Five fields to use
- When did you wake?
- What happened in order?
- Who and where?
- How did you feel during and after?
- What question stayed with you? Leave a field blank when you cannot remember.
What to do with entries
Review earlier dreams, notice repetition and change, and explore the interpretation guide or symbols if useful. Recording a detail does not mean it carries a separate message.
Example
“I saw an unfamiliar road, felt rushed, then woke up. I do not remember the ending” is useful because it distinguishes memory from a gap.
Frequently Asked Questions
Must I write immediately on waking?
It can be easier while details are fresh, but you can note what remains later.
Does the journal interpret dreams automatically?
This page is for recording; interpretation is a separate and tentative step.
Dream interpretation in this app is human effort and may be mistaken. It is not a binding religious ruling nor a medical diagnosis. True dreams are from Allah, and interpretation is a means for reflection, not judgment.
