On Single Dream, Annual, and Courses: you are entitled to a full refund within 72 hours of purchase. No questions, no conditions — whether you used the service or not. The Monthly plan carries no time-based refund guarantee — you saw a real full sample for free before subscribing — but it can be cancelled anytime with no future charges.
How does the guarantee work?
When you purchase Single Dream, Annual, or Courses, the 72-hour window starts immediately from the invoice date/time, not from first use. Within this window, you can request a refund for any reason — or no reason. Monthly has no guarantee window; cancel anytime from your Zayenha Hub dashboard to stop the next renewal.
How do I request a refund?
Directly from your Zayenha Hub dashboard → Billing — pick the invoice and request the refund. For any other question: contact us.
When will I receive the refund?
The refund is processed within 3-5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Banks may sometimes take additional days to post.
After the 72-hour window?
After the golden window expires on Single Dream/Annual/Courses, we handle refund requests case-by-case via Zayenha Hub support. Monthly is not covered by this at all — it can always be cancelled, which simply stops the next renewal, with no retroactive refund.
Is there a free trial?
No free credit is granted, but you can see a real full sample (Islamic and psychological together) before any commitment — no account, no limit. And once you subscribe: a 72-hour Golden Guarantee on Single Dream, Annual, and Courses, and free cancellation anytime on Monthly.
Courses
Courses follow the same 72-hour policy. If more than half the course is completed before requesting a refund, the request is handled case-by-case.
Clear Exceptions
Promotional bundles explicitly marked non-refundable. Any deliberate fraud attempt. Accounts banned for violating terms of service.
