Once you subscribe to any plan (Single Dream, Monthly, Annual, or Courses), you are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. No questions, no conditions — whether you used the service or not.
How does the guarantee work?
When you purchase any plan, the 24-hour window starts immediately from the invoice date/time, not from first use. Within this window, you can request a refund for any reason — or no reason.
How do I request a refund?
Via the Zayenha Hub contact page: zayenha.com/contact — include your invoice number. Or from your Zayenha Hub dashboard → Invoices → Request Refund.
When will I receive the refund?
The refund is processed within 3-5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Banks may sometimes take additional days to post.
After the 24-hour window?
After the golden window expires, we handle refund requests case-by-case via Zayenha Hub support. Annual subscriptions are subject to additional terms; the unused portion may be calculated proportionally.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every registered Zayenha Hub account receives one full interpretation (Islamic & psychological) for free. After using the trial, you can subscribe to a plan or purchase individually. The Golden Guarantee also applies — subscribe and if unsatisfied, get a full refund within 24 hours.
Courses
Courses follow the same 24-hour policy. If more than half the course is completed before requesting a refund, the request is handled case-by-case.
Clear Exceptions
Promotional bundles explicitly marked non-refundable. Any deliberate fraud attempt. Accounts banned for violating terms of service.
